Hello Everyone and Happy Wednesday! Uuuuhhh I know I'm terribly late with my ROP/BNW Challenge posting this time. We are doing some remodeling in the house and are having family visiting from Germany at the same time. That means my crafting time right now is very limited.... But I finally finished my card for our 32nd RoP / BnW Challenge hosted by our sweet and super talented Anki ! Anki wants us to create a masculine card, a card for a boy or man! What a great idea Anki ;-) My Dad's birthday is coming up on March 11th, what a wonderful timing. So this will be his birthday card :-) I love this My Guy Ian stamp from The Greeting Farm. And it's actually the perfect stamp for my dad's card as they do look a like a lot...hehe. Well yes my dad's a little older but otherwise... pretty close ;-) Ian is colored with Copics. The papers I used are from Bo Bunny (DP) and Bazzill (CS). I was asked what I use for my card base. I always use 110 lb white cardstock. For decora

Welcome to our 19th ISB-Challenge !  This time we want you to create a Hankie-Box. We thought it's the time of the year where almost everyone has a running nose sooner or later and what could be better than a nice packing for a pack of hankies ;-) There are lots of different kinds of Hankie-Boxes and also tutorials. My DT friend Kati has one on her  blog: Katies-Tatü-Tutorial (German only, but there are pictures for illustration) And here is one in English and German: Katharina's Hankie Box Tutorial . I decided to make a little different hankie box. I wanted to include a card so I can send some get well wishes to someone as well. I got inspired by a pocket card Rach made and found a great tutorial from her right here . Please also visit my fellow DT members blogs and their stunning creations! So here is my Hankie-Box-Card:( For details on my card scroll down) *************** Willkommen zu unserer 19. ISB-Challenge!  Diesmal moechten wir das ihr eine Tatü-Box bastelt! Wi

Hello everyone and a Happy Friday Evening! How I loved this color combo, pink and grey! This weeks challenge from Magnolia Down Under is asking for a card or project in pink and grey! And again I used my lost and rediscovered color medium "pencils and OMS". Except for the skin and background of the image where I used my Copics and Copic airbrushing system. The sketch I used is for this weeks challenge at Sketch Saturday . I'll be back in a little while for adding all the details about my card! *** Ok now it's Saturday morning and the little while took a little longer...LOL But I was too tired last night to come back here. I used 'Wrapped Tilda' from Magnolias So Jolly/So Snowy Collection! I love this Tilda because she is so versatile and can be used all year long. As already mentioned I colored her with my rediscovered medium 'Pencils and OMS'. Only the skin is colored with Copics (I think it is still the best method to color skin) and also for

A Cool Ride!

Hello Fellow Crafters! Brrrrr I can't believe it we are having another cold snap here in Florida :-/. I planned on replacing all my frostbitten plants in my yard this coming weekend but I changed my mind, guess it's better to wait until the end of this month or even early March. Hopefully than we will be back to normal temps here. I know I shouldn't complain because some of you are really stuck in snow and are dealing with one winter storm after another. But for us down here it is an unusual cold winter as well. Onto my card for today. Finally I had the chance of inking this baby here. It's a Whimsy stamp and called "A Cool Ride". I love this stamp, maybe because it reminds my of my childhood. I LOVED to ride the merry-go-round and always chose to sit on one of the 'magical' horses *LOL* I colored the carousel horse using my colored pencils and Gamsol. I have to admit I abandoned them for quite a while by just using my Copics and Distress Inks all
