Hello all! Sorry for my lack of posting lately. Just too much going on with Summer being here full force, so I've decided to take a little summer blogging break right now and my next posting here will be on the 25th of July with some awesome news for you :-D Make sure you stop by on Wednesday July 25th! I have one more card I like to share with you before I take my break. Cute little 'Angel Cody' delivers heavenly birthday wishes! This card was one of my cards that were published in Whimy's Inspiration Magazine / April issue. Copics were used to do the coloring. I used Stickles to bling up the cloud and halo. Papers are from SU! The sentiment is a Whimsy Shapeology die called Birthday Sentimentables . Flowers are from my stash and Whimsy Buds . Here's a closer look on the little angel boy. Thanks for dropping in today and I wish you a wonderful summertime!  See you on the 25th! Hugs,

The image is from Whimsy's Kenny K collection and called 'Anime Game Kid' . The DP is from various collections, sorry don't remember the brands. Coloring was done with Copic and Touch Twin markers. - yes I own now a few touch twin markers too...LOL  just couldn't resist any longer and hat to try them. Can't say much about them yet but so far I'm really impressed and I

One Layer Card - Darling Dalmatian

Image
Hiya Everyone! I don't do one layer cards too often but once while I enjoy doing them. This one was published in Whimy's Inspiration Magazine / April issue. If doing one layer cards it is best to use heavy card stock for the card base. I like to use Gina K Pure Luxury 120lbs. Even if I color using my Copic's it's not bleeding through and the inside stays nice, white and clean!  I colored the cute pup using my Copic's. I've added a ribbon and some bakers twine, topped it off with a matching red button and added the sentiment 'To be loved' from the 'Love Mini Tickets' collection from Raindrop Echo Designs. The small embossed lines on the bottom and the top is made with border embossing folders. Thanks for stopping by today! Hugs,
