Burst of Colors

I wish all of you Happiness and Joy and the best of everything for 2009!!! Thanks for visiting my blog and hope to see you all here in 2009 as well! Iris :-) Today I was organizing my crafting stuff a little and while at it, I came across loads of 3D images...almost forgtten. So I decided it's time to use some of them and not just have them stitting in my drawers. Within the next few weeks I will show you cards like this in between my stamping projects. They are quick and fun to work with. A good alternative if you need a card fast. Beim Aufraeumen meiner Bastelsachen, habe ich heute viele 3D Boegen gefunden die ich schon fast vergessen hatte. Und da es viel zu schade ist das sie nur ungenutzt in den Schubladen liegen, werde ich die naechsten Wochen immer wieder mal 3D Karten zeigen die ich so zwischen meinen Stempelprojekten mache. Das sind Karten die es Spass macht zu basteln ud man schnell mal ein fertig hat wenn es eilt! Materials/Material 3D Image/3D Motiv: TBZ Papers/Papier:

I think this Tilda image where she is picking flowers is just too adorable. So I couldn't resist when I saw the stamp in Summer's shop. I had to have it. *g* And to give the flowers in her hand a real 3D look I added Flower Soft to make them pop-up. I also love the Basic Grey Paper pads . This one is called Urban Prairie and I think the colors are just a perfect fit for the image. Ist die Tilda beim Blumenpfluecken nicht einfach hinreissend? Ich konnte nicht widerstehen als ich den Stempel in Summer's shop gesehen habe und musste ihn unbedingt haben *g* Um den Blumen einen richtigen 3D Look zu geben habe ich Flower Soft verwendet, damit sie richtig hervorgehoben werden. Basic Grey ist eines meiner Lieblingspapiere. Was ich hier verwendet habe heisst Urban Prairie und ich finde das passt ideal zu dem Motiv. And because I love the Elizabeth Bell Images so much I used another one of the WOJ stamps it's called Lizzy with Muff. Isn't she adorable? To match the beautiful papers from basic grey (two scoops) I colored her in pink and teal with distress inks. Also added matching Prima flowers , ribbon, fibers, buttons, dew drops , rhinestones, complementary Basic Grey brads and stickles glitter glue . Other items used: Autumn leaves flourishes stamp, EK Success border punch, SU punch, cardstock from Bazzill and The Paper Company, metall charm, Nestabilities and Cuttlebug embosing folder swirls.
