Hey Friends Happy New Year's Eve! Welcome to my blog today and to my last post for this year! It's the time of the year where a lot of us dealing with the sniffles, coughing or if it's worse even the flu! So why not sending some love and making someones miserable time a little bit more bearable? Here is a get well card using the 'Get Well' clear stamp set by Dustin Pike from Whimsy's December release. I colored the adorable image using  Karin Brushmarker Pro  pens. There's also a little January release sneak peek on this card. You might want to be paying attention to the background ;-) I used the stencil, Distress ink (tumbled glass) and a blender brush to create the BG.  To add some accents I used FaDoodles in two of the corners. Some sequins and jewels finish off my card. Please make sure to come back tomorrow where I will have a new release creation up here on my blog to kick off the new year. Very Merry Christmas

Hello Crafty Friends,   are you all ready for Christmas? Just one more day. To shorten the waiting time a bit I want to share one more card with you. On this card I used several different coloring media as well as a combination of several  Whimsy stamps . Coloring media I used:  Karin Brushmarker Pro ,  Copics, colored pencils and watercolor pencils as well as some white acrylic paint.  I stamped the images (  Very Mice Christmas ,  Mason Jar ,  Christmas Postcard ) using the masking technique onto Strathmore white mixed media paper with a hybrid ink. The evergreen bough was colored using  Karin Brushmarker Pro  pens. These pens are liquid ink filled and very juicy. It's water based ink and coloring with these markers is like a charm. They are available in the Whimsy store for a fantastic low price! Check it out  HERE .  The mice and candy cane were colored using  Karin Brushmarker Pro  pens, Copics and colored pencils. On the mason jar I used Copics, colored pencils fo

Hello and welcome to my blog today! I m here today with a second release creation. This time another slimline card using the second Slimline die that has been released, called Slimline Waves  die . I'm loving this style of card at the moment. I used the NEW  Slimline Waves   die together with the NEW Penguin Farts clear set and  New Mountain Majesty die set  as well as the new 6x6 designer paper set Cozy Winter  The penguins were stamped onto Hammermill paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copics. The mountains were cut out from silver glitter cardstock to add a little bit of bling. To add contrast I used dark blue cardstock for the slimline frame. With the white card base and the white die cuts it makes it really pop and stand out. Whimsy products used:                                             Thanks for stopping by! Hugs,
