Hugs and Hisses
Hello Friends. I am sharing a cute little card today made with one of the newly released Whimsy clear sets illustrated by no other than the super talentend - and my fellow teamie - Melissa Andrew. It's called Nope Rope . It's a fun snake themed set for many occasions. I like snakes, not only as a stamp set ;-) Living here in Florida they are frequent residents in our backyard. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto 100lb Hammermill Digital Cover Stock, colored with Copics and cut the image out. For the background I used the Farmhouse Basket Stencil to airbrush with my Copics. On the top part of the same card layer I used the Polka Dot Stencil and some NUVO Glimmer Paste - Moonstone. It's quite hard to see in the photo - here is a close-up The sentiment is also from the same Nope Rope set and was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and layered onto black cardstock.
