Come and celebrate with us and get the chance of winning some awesome prices! **click here** Here is my card for Denise: I went for some flowers and chose the Bees Knees clear stamp set from Barbara Sproatmeyers line. I combined it with Twinkle Scribble and Connected Rectangle dies. The sentiment is from the Simple Sentiment Strips and cut out using one of the Quick Strip dies. I cut another layer from white cardstock just 1/4" shy of the card base size. I use this as my background layer. Hello Friends!  I am here today with a roarsome dino card featuring one of the characters of the NEW Roarsome Rex clear stamp set from Whimsy Stamps May 5th mini release .  I combined it with the also NEW Roarsome Skin Background stamp and Roaring die set. I thought this cheeky T-Rex would be a looker together with the smart phone die from the Selfies die set. I stamped the background using Versafine Clair Charming Pink ink and heat embossed it clear to enhance the leathery look of the skin. I die cut the pterosaur from white glitter paper and added it to the the phones background behind the main image. I colored the  Roarsome Rex   image using Karin Pro Brushmarkers. The sentiment is included with the  Roarsome Rex   clear set. Whimsy products used:   Have a great week!  

Happy Saturday! Here is my last card for this month. Again I am using some of the cute monsters from the Monster Moods clear set released earlier this month.  I made a mini slimline card combining the monsters with several other newly released products.  You will find a list of products used below. I colored these cuties with Ohuhu markers but unfortunately I did not write down the colors I used. I am getting asked often about the color combinations but most of the time I don't write them down. I apologize but it's mostly a time issue. I'll try to get better at this and make more notes about my color combinations 😀 Whimsy Stamps products used: Happy card making!

Happy TGIF Crafty Friends! I am totally in love with the super cute little monster clear stamp sets Whimsy released earlier this months. They are from the Crissy Armstrong Collection and are called Monster Birthday and Monster Moods .  On my card I used one of the little monster fellas from the  Monster Moods   clear stamp set and colored with Ohuhu Alcohol Markers. I created the rainy background using the It's Raining 6x9 stencil and the NUVO Glimmer Paste in Esmeralda Green. The puddle the little monster is jumping in joyfully was created with another stencil called Puddles 6x6 stencil . I first inked the puddle with Distress Oxide inks, cut it out and then added Stickles glitter glue for some bling. The sentiment is one of the    Positives  sentiments, stamped with Versamark ink onto teal cardstock and white heat embossed. To add the stitching on my sentiment banner I used one of the Envelope Edger dies. Whimsy Stamps products used: Happy crafting!

Hi Everyone!   Here is another card I made using products from Whimsy's most recent release. I combined the new Kitty Frame die and Scribdoodle critter papers with earlier released products You Are word die set and Kitty Cat Extras die set . To make the large words pop I die cut them several times from black cardstock, layered them and added 3D gloss on top. When I added the Kitty Frame I first thought of making a shaker card. I think this is just what this frame screams...SHAKER! Then I decided otherwise and wanted to make it pop without being a shaker. I added blue cardstock for the background that matches my designer paper. I added the word 'purrfect' die cut from bright pink cardstock and added a little fishy and some sequins. I think it is just the perfect little element to coordinate with my large word sentiment and the background papers. Whimsy Stamps products used: Happy crafting!

Here is the shaker card I made using  Whimsy Stamps  products from the most recent release as well as previously released items and an awesome confetti mix, called Squeeze The Day, from  This Calls For Confetti . Product details below. I decided on a see through shaker card which uses a clear acrylic sheet as background as well so you can 'see through' to the inside of the card. I filled the shaker with the beautiful Squeeze the Day   confetti mix. The shaker itself was created using the Shaker Maker Rectangle Set . The images are from the NEW Doggie Sketches clear stamp set.  For the inside of the card I inked the background with Distress Oxid

Happy Hump Day! It is release time at Whimsy Stamps. Brand new awesome products hit the shelves today! On my release creation I used several of them.
