Whimsy Stamps Fresh Friday - You're So Sweet

Hello Crafty Friends! It's 'Fresh Friday' today on the Whimsy blo g . Fresh Friday is every Friday on the  Whimsy blo g  and means we are   taking a look at previously released products. There is a an awesome compilation of newer and older products for the next two weeks. This week we are showcasing:  Jungle Babies So and Too Giraffe 6x6 Paper Collection Farmhouse Basket stencil Notched Squares dies Shaker Maker Combo dies Here is my inspiration on how all these products can be used together: First I used the  Farmhouse Basket stencil   t ogether with Memento Cantaloupe ink on a white panel of cardstock. I inked just parts of it and let the edges fade out. Then I sprinkled on some Memento Cantaloupe and Teal Zeal ink.  I stamped the little monkey, flowers and leaves from the  Jungle Babies   clear stamps set with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Hammermill 100lbs cardstock. Whimsy Stamps April Release - Get Well Soon

Hi folks! It's the time of the month and the new April release from Whimsy Stamps is live in the shop  HERE . For my release creation today I used the super gorgeous NEW papers Fabulous Floras . It's a 6x6 paper pad with 24 double sided sheets. The paper is a thicker high quality paper and has a gorgeous sheen. I also used the NEW  Butterflies  clear set as well as the  Hexagon Die set  and  Brick stencil .  I stamped the  Butterflies  onto thick vellum paper with Versamark ink and heat embossed with WOW! embossing powder.  I used First Frost on the larger butterfly and pearl white on the smaller one. I then fussy cut both butterflies. To create the background I used the  Brick stencil  and NUVO Embellishment Mousse 'Mother of Pearl'. On top of the brick background I adhered die cut hexagon shapes which I cut out from the  Fabulous Floras   paper using the smallest and second smallest dies from the   Hexagon Die set . Poppy Flowers - Thinking of You!

Happy Sunday!  I hope everyone is well and staying home! My card for today showcases the NEW Poppy Flower die as well as the   NEW Lattice A2   die .  I die cut the poppies from colored cardstock and used a ball-tool to shape the petals and leaves. Then I used a green brad to hold the petals of the blossoms together. In the center of each poppy I've added some black Stickles glitter glue.
