Image
Welcome Friends to another round of September release inspirations. Do you like clowns? I HATE clowns....lol. I think they are totally creepy and not funny at all! This is why I totally LOVE the new Creepy Clowns clear set from Whimsy Stamps. This is exactly how I see clowns...as creepy creatures that give me the jitters....waaaahhh!  LOL! On my Creepy Clown card I used several of the new Whimsy products all available now in the store! I've listed all products below with a direct link to where there are in the store. Just click a product and you will be taken to that product in the store. I totally love the new Peekaboo Window 1 die. This die is A2 sized and perfect for peekaboo cards, shaker cards etc. I also used the new Web Background from DoveArt and the Halloween Creatures Stencil.  The sentiments are included with the  Creepy Clow n clear set. The bats are die cut using an older set called Dracula I Compel You die set .  Whimsy products used:

Here is my inspiration for todays release day using the NEW Delightful Daisies Background Stamp : Here is how I created my card:  I stamped the  Delightful Daisies Background Stamp   onto Hammermill 100lbs digital cover stock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored some of the daisy flowers with Copics. My coloring was inspired by Alyce's Free Floral Class over at Kit and Clowder . I then cut out the flowers and went around the cut edges with my Copic Black110 pen to cover any white spots.  On each flower center I added a few dots with a

Happy TGIF! Todays card showcases an older Whimsy Stamps image from the Krista Heij -Barber Collection - Ice Cream Truck , as well as a sentiment from the Beaucoup Bouquet set. I stamped the image onto kraft cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it using Copics. The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. To create the distressed looking background I stamped the  Burlap Background  stamp with Vermark ink onto karft cardstock. Using Versamark ink only (without adding embossing powder and heat embossing) creates a soft watermark effect. The gorgeous pink glitter paper I used as a layer was from an older PaperDoor kit I've received. To embellish the card I added Glossy Accents, Stickles Stardust and Sprinkled Sugar glitter glues and NUVO Crystal Drops White Blizzard to some of the cards elements. I also adhered some sequins, enamel dot and some Shaker Fun Confetti.   Here are the Whimsy products I used: (Affiliated links used a
