Welcome to Day 1 of our ... 2014 Holiday Release - Part 1 We are super excited to announce that this month's release is our very first HOLIDAY RELEASE of 2014!  We have so many fantastic holiday stamps and dies this year that we have split them into 2 releases.  We are releasing part 1 of the collection this week, and will release the second part next month. Over the next 3 days we will reveal 22 *BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets and 7 *BRAND NEW* coordinating die/die sets . They will be available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and selected Whimsy Stamps retailers on Wednesday. We are thrilled to welcome Linda , Lis and Stephanne as our Guest Designers for this release. We are also excited to welcome some of our artists as guest designers this month. Welcome ladies! Hello Everyone and Happy Weekend!   I have some release news for you :-D Make sure to mark your calendars and get ready for some awesome sneak peeks on Monday , he, he, he!!!  My card today shows an older image from  Whimsy Stamps by Crissy Armstrong. It's called Young Spring Fairy and I colored it quite a while ago but never came around to actually put it on a card. I also had the papers already picked out and since this was some time ago I unfortunately can't remember the company. I colored her with Copics and all my flowers are from WOC. Happy Saturday Crafting Friends! My creation today features Cozy Cardi by Time for Tea Designs from Whimsy's latest rubber stamp release as well as some dies from the recent Clearly Whimsy release. Cozy Cardi was colored using pencils and alcohol markers and the outline was doodled using a Copic Multiliner Pen. The sentiment is die cut with the 'Hello' die from the new  'Say What - Speech Bubbles' die set.  The small die cut stars are from the same set. The wavy purple and yellow layers are created using the 'Stiched Border Die Trio' Here is a closer look on the image. I also added some purple shades to her brunette hair.
