Mystical Wishes From a Little Dragon
I wanted to keep the card as simple as possible not add too many layers so I stamped directly on the card base. I colored the little dragon with Copics. I also added stars and the moon. These stamps are included in the set as well.
Just the dragon and stamped stars was a little too CAS for my taste after all so I added some die cut glitter clouds and stars. The smaller of the clouds was used to stamp my sentiment on. I used printable glitter paper so stamping on the glittery surface was not a problem.

This way it is still a CAS card but not as plain as a one layer card. Much more to my liking. A few little gems finish off my card.

It looks a Lot Like Halloween - Whimsy August 20th New Release
Hey Peeps! I think there is a whiff of Fall in the air! Well at least here at Whimsy and the new release. Not so much where I live though. Here in Florida it is still in the 90's with a heat index over hundred **phew**. So it was real fun creating this card and thinking of Fall and cooler temperatures *wishfulthinking* The cute image I used for my card is from the So Witchy clear stamp set by Dustin Pike.
I colored her with Copics and then cut her out. To create the background I used the Wonky Window 3 die with orange cardstock and a sheet of the Haunted Papers.
I die cut the word Poof from yellow and black cardstock and layered them together with black behind yellow for a shadow effect. I also die cut the little stars in orange and added them around the image.

To make the word Poof! pop even more I added 3D glaze. I also added some Stardust Stickles to the stars.

Comic Car and City Street Background from Whimsy's newest Comic Collection Release
Hello crafty friends & Happy Monday! Today I want to share a card I made using products from the NEW Comic Collection release. I used the Comic Car die set and City Street Background stamp from Whimsy's most recent release as well as some earlier released products.
I used vellum paper behind the car windows to give the appearance of glass. I die cut the car from glossy dark purple card stock. Which unfortunately is hard to photograph. The City Street background was stamped onto a sheet of the 6x6 Comic designer paper using dark blue ink (versafine clair).

Wild at Heart - More Boho Beauty
On this card I combined the Boho Rainbow dies and Flower Tiles stamp set again. I went with a gold, blue and white color combo this time. I love how the gold pops on the blue card base.

Boho Beautiful - Whimsy Stamps August 1st Release
I used the Boho Circles as my center point and arranged the Boho Rainbows around it. I die cut all the elements from kraft, glitter and shimmer cardstock in pink, gold, brown and white.
My card base is a square kraft card which I sprinkled and spritzed with white and gold paint. On top of the smaller boho circle I've added some flowers from the 'Flower Tiles - Stay Wild' clear stamp set by Barbara Sproatmeyer. I colored them using Altenews watercolor brush markers.
To sparkle things up I've added shiny golden twigs from the Christmas Branches die set. I also added doodled dots using a shiny gold paint pen. Some 'Diamond Sparkle Gems' from This Calls For Confetti finish off my card.

It's Been A While Crocodile!
As usual all products including designer paper are available in the Whimsy store. I used the NEW 3in1 Mitered Frames die to create some dimension on my card. The images were colored using Derwent Inktense pencils on Mixed Media paper from Strathmore.

How I created the card:
The card base is cut from a light blue 110lb cardstock, top-fold, upright, A2 size. The background panel is 1/4" smaller than the base.
For my background I used a gel-print that I had in my stash. (When I am doing gel-prints I usually make a whole bunch of various prints to keep in my stash.) I used the single cat-tail stamp from the set and stamped them all over the print using olive green ink.
To color the images I used Dr. Ph. Martins Radiant Concentrated Watercolors. The white frame is from the Funky Frames die set. After stamping the sentiment onto white cardstock and fussy cutting the images I adhered all the parts to the front of my card using foam dots and glue.
Adding some confetti sequins and glitter glue finishes off my card.
