For my project today I made a bookmark using cute Freddie by Wee stamps. 

I also used the clear stamps set Stitched Alphabet. Freddie was colored with Copics and the DP is from an older Bo Bunny collection. Here are some more photos:

November Release News and Inspiration

Here are my two creations for today:

This is Little Leora by Elisabeth Bell. She's been colored with Copics. Papers are from an old Basic Grey collection "Jovial" which I like very much. The Sentiment is from the Snowflake Wishes Sentiment set. Snowflakes dies are also from Whimsy's Shapeology collection called Elegant Snowflakes set.

         

This CAS style card was made using the Scandi Christmas set from Clearly Whimsy Stamps as well as the following Shapeology dies: Merry Large Word Die and Notched Square Die. 
I stamped with embossing ink and used fine detail snow white embossing powder.

More Whimsy November Release Inspiration - Rudolph

Hi all! Here's another card I made with one of the cute Whimsy New Release images.

Please meet Rudolph :-) He is from Whimsy's Wee Stamps collection by Sylvia Zet. I colored this cute little fella using Copics. Papers are from a retired Whimsy paper pad, the flowers are mostly from WOC and all other embellies are from my stash.

Whimsy Stamps Release News and Inspiration

Hello Everyone! It's release week at Whimsy Stamps! I have some new creations to share with you but before I do that I want to mention that we do things a little differently from now on at the Whimsy releases. So please after my projects make sure you scroll down an read all about our news and how you can enter to win a Whimsy Store Certificate!

So here are my first two creations for this release week, there will be more tomorrow and on Friday. So make sure you come back ;-)

My first creation showcases an image from Krista Heij Barber called Lion Love. Oh my...isn't he adorable? I love his super cute face, makes me want to hug him...lol

I colored him with Copics and the background was done with Sennelier water colors. The sentiment is one of the two sentiments that come with the stamp. The large word die 'Love' is from the Whimsy Shapeology collection. Both available at the store here.

here is the inside of the card where I used the second sentiment...

My second creation are 4 little note cards I made using the Clearly Whimsy set Penguins Winter Adventure from last months release.

The sentiment is from the same clear stamp set. They were cut out using the coordinating matching die set. These note cards are fairly small, 3.5" x 3.5" and can be used either as note cards or even as gift tags.
