Irish Luck!

 
Hi folks, this is going to be a super short post!. I'm in quite a hurry today but want to show you my card I made with another Elisabeth Bell stamp. This time it's one from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design and called Irish Eyes. Isn't she a beauty? And perfect for the upcoming St. Patricks day. I colored her with Copics and the papers I used are from my stash, sorry don't know the company. Punches used are from M.S. and the Punch Bunch,  Flowers by Prima, Brad and Rhinestones are from Basic Grey.

The Sketch I used is from  the ongoing challenge at Midnight Madness and this card my entry there.

3 French Hens & Follow Your Heart Challenge

Hello all! I know I'm late but I like to wish you a belated World Cardmaking Day! :-) Hope you all had the chance to craft a little yesterday to celebrate this day! I was actually able to celebrate a bit and used the chance to enter the Challenge over at Susana's Blog "Follow your heart" (SCACD). Suzanne designed a fab sketch that you have to follow as well as use the following holiday colors: red, green, white, silver and gold! I had lots of fun working with both the sketch and the colors! And you have to use a stamp available at Susana's store! I received my order yesterday from Susana so it was perfect timing and I used one of the new Special Edition Ornament Collection designed by Elisabeth Bell, called 3 French Hens.

I colored her using my Copics and Twinkling H2O's. The image is designed as an ornament and I added 3D Glaze to highlight the ornament shape. For a detailed list of all items used scroll down to the end of the post.

Have a Great Day! - 2 Challenges

Hello all and Happy Wednesday! This is going to be a short posting as I'm almost out the door running some (actually a lot) errands ;-) With my card for today I entered 2 Challenges. First I found a great Sketch over at Kellie Winell's blog. It's her first Blog Sketch Challenge and she is celebrating to be on the DT's for Magnolia and Motivet! Congrats Kellie! She makes stunning creations and if you don't know her blog yet, you have to go and pay her a visit!

The second challenge I entered is for the Dutch Dare Card Challenge #56
You have to use cutting dies and/or punches. So I used both on my card (Spellies and Martha Stewart / EK Success Punches)

Hallo und einen schoenen Mittwoch! Das wird ein kurzer Beitrag heute, bin schon fast zur Tuer draussen um einige (eigentlich viele!) Erledigungen zu machen. Mit meiner heutigen Karte nehme ich an 2 Challenges teil. Einmal bei Kellie Winell's erster Blog Sketch Challenge. Sie feiert das sie im DT bei Magnolia und Motivet ist. Sie macht tolle Karten und wenn ihr ihren Blog noch nicht kennt, dann muesst ihr ihn unbedingt mal besuchen!

Hello and Happy Friday everyone! Today I was able to make a card with another cute Lockhart stamp. I really like these cute little stamps! I kept my card pretty simple, just a little bit of layering and no DP at all, just Bazzill CS and glossy CS. Instead of the DP I used my Cuttlebug embossing folders Swiss Dots, Spots and Dots and Border Set with love to add some texture. Added some bling with Basic Greys "Bling it" and a ribbon. I colored my imgae using Copics
0 - B000 - B00 - C0 - G17 - Y13 - YR000 - YR00.
That was really a quick card and I like the clean look. Hope you like it as well!

Hallo und einen schoenen Freitag Euch allen. Heute habe ich es geschafft noch eine Karte mit den suessen Lockhart Stempeln zu machen. Diese suessen kleinen Stempel mag ich besonders. Meine Karte habe ich ziemlich einfach gehalten, etwas layering und noch nicht mal DP. Habe nur Bazill CS und hochglanz CS verwendet. Um dem ganzen etwas Struktur zu verleihen habe ich mit meiner Cuttlebug und den Embossing Foldern Swiss Dots, Spots and Dots und Border Set with love embossed. Dann noch ein paar Steinchen aus der Basic Grey "Bling it" Serie und ein Satinband. Das Motiv habe ich coloriert mit folgenden Copics
0 - B000 - B00 - C0 - G17 - Y13 - YR000 - YR00
das war wirklich eine schnelle Karte und ich mag den einfachen Look. Hoffe

Fluffy from Anki's Sweethearts - Papertake Weekly Challenge

Hello and Happy Monday again! I'm feeling like I'm melting away. It is so hot down here at the moment... you don't even want to go outside between noon and 5 o'clock if you don't have to... Even my dogs are tired from the heat and sleeping most of the afternoon... And if we are outside we are in the pool, the only bearable way ..lol

For my card today I used one of my friend Anki's new stamps form her newly released Sweetheart Series 2, available at SCACD. I fell in love instantly with this super cute bunny named Fluffy. I just had to have it..lol. I made this card for this weeks Papertake Weekly Challenge, hope I'm not too late yet. It is a sketch challenge this week and Dawny came up with a fabby one! BTW the DT's cards are all brilliant!

Hallo und einen schoenen Montagt! Ich glaub ich zerfliesse so langsam. Es ist irre heiss hier unten im Moment und nachmittags mag man gar nicht nach draussen gehen. Sogar meine Hunde sind muede von der Hitze und verschlafen den Nachmittag. Und wenn wir mal draussen sind dann nur im Pool das ist das einzig ertraegliche...lol

Fuer meine heutige Karte habe ich einen von meiner Freundin Anki's neuen Stempeln aus ihrer erst kuerzlich veroeffentlichen Sweetheart Serie 2 genommen. Erhaeltlich bei SCACD. Ich war sofort hin und weg von dem suessen Hasen, namens Fluffy, und musste ihn unbedingt haben...lol. Die Karte habe ich gemacht fuer die Papertake Weekly Challenge, hoffe ich bin nicht zu spaet. Diese Woche ist es ein toller Sketch von Dawny.
Und alle Karten des DT sind spitze!

A Cherry-licious Day & New Pics of Coco

Happy Friday everyone! Wow what a busy week I wasn't even able to get one post up...shame on me...lol. But today I managed to make a card and can sow you some new pictures from Coco as well! The card I'm showing you today is another one from my "clean and simple" line, what means that I didn't use too much embellies on it. I used the Lockhardt stamp cherries in colander. I just got the stamp this week in from my order at SCACD, it is so adorable that I had to ink it up right away. Hmmmmm I love cherries! I "Cuttlebugged" the background paper and just added a computer generated sentiment, ribbon, some halfpearls / brad and the image.
I colored the image using the following copics:

Hallo und einen wunderschoenen Freitag. Was eine Woche, ich kam noch nicht mal dazu auch nur einen Post zu schreiben...Schande ueber mich...lol. Aber heute habe ich es geschafft eine Karte zu machen und kann Euch auch noch neue Bilder von Coco zeigen. Die Karte die ich Euch heute zeige ist weine weitere aus meiner Reihe "Clean and Simple", wo ich nur wenig embellies verwende. Ich habe den Stempel "Cherries in Colander" von Lockhardt verwendet den ich diese Woche bekommen habe von meiner Bestellung bei SCACD. Ich finde ihn unheimlich klasse darum konnte ich auch nicht widerstehen und musste ihn gleich mal stempeln..lol. Ich liebe Kirschen...hmmmm. Den HG habe ich nur gecuttled, einen am PC erstellten Spruch zugefuegt und nur mit Satinband und Halbperlen/Brad, verziert. Das Motiv habe ich mit den folgenden Copics coloriert: 0-C0-C1-C3-C5-C7-R32-R35-R37-G28
