Make a Wish!

Hi All! Here  is a card I made using the fabulous Curly Q's Background Stamp from Whimsy Stamps which has been released earlier this month. It's a versatile stamp and makes quick cards. Scroll down and read on if you want to know how I made this simple CAS card.

I stamped the background stamp with Versamark ink onto white mixed media paper and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then I made a simple color wash using 3 different watercolors in blue, yellow and pink. 

The sentiment was also heat embossed in white on black cardstock and is included with the Mermaid Dreams Clear Stamp Set . I cut it out using one of the Wavy Stitched Squares dies.

I added a few sequins and glitter paper strips to decorate my card.
