Whimsy Stamps August Release - Day 2

Hello All! Welcome to Day 2 of the Whimsy Stamps August Rubber and Clear Release! 

Today I want to show you 3 new products all combined in my card - Cherry Blossom Background Stamp, Notched Rectangle Die set and Cheeky sentiment set:

I stamped the Cherry Blossom Background with Memento Tuxed Black ink onto Hammermill paper. I colored with Copics and cut out the center of the card using the Notched Rectangle dies. I also cut the same rectangle frame from black cardstock several times and used it to pop up my cut out cherry blossom frame. I added some blue outline to the cut out center of the cherry blossom background with a Faber Castell PITT Pastel Pencil. The sentiment from the Cheeky sentiment set was stamped with Versamark ink and white heat embossed onto black cardstock
